ABOUT Diamond Stationary Dressers

Regular dressing is necessary to combat the particle buildup that inevitably begins to cover the surface of all abrasive wheels and tools. Without it, superabrasive products become dull and ineffective. Products like Diamond Stationary Dressers - or dressing sticks - remove these particles, restoring balance and conditioning your wheel. The process returns abrasive grains to the surface and reduces thermal stress on the workpiece. CDT designs diamond dressers to match your wheel topography, performing with superior strength and versatility. Because your dresser is custom manufactured, an abundance of configurations are possible.

Continental Diamond Tool produces diamond dressing sticks with external diameter up to 200mm and profile width of a single roller up to 210mm.
